The integrated VCR features 19 micron heads, 1-year/8-event programming, built-in calendar, still frame, slow motion, and digital tracking. DVD playback features include subtitle, zoom (2x/4x), marker (10 points), program play (CD), 4-speed forward and reverse search (2x, 8x, 50x, 100x), forward and reverse slow motion (1/2x, 1/8x, 1/16x), and frame advance. This unit also provides a trilingual operating system (English, French, Spanish) and parental controls. In addition to virtual surround sound through two channels, this DVD player offers Dolby Digital decoding. It offers the following connection options:

The product worked well for 10 months and now I can't hear voice whenever I put VHS tape.. I tried to clean it up and but no luck.. very cheap make and worth is for $60... thanks

Terribly designed remote. VCR player got noisy after a few months of light usage. Slow DVD. Remote stopped working. Into the dumpster.

This unit is worse that the old VCR it replaced. The CD player works all right but the VCR is terrible. The sound is wobbly for the first ten minutes of each program. The horizontal sync jumps and caries on for the first five minutes. Any time the tape is stopped it starts jumping all over again. Any frame adjustment has to be redone whenever the power is turned off. Not worth the aggravation.

I bought this device two frustrating months ago. It is ok when it works but that is usually not the case. The instructions are awful. The ability to record is awful. I don;t know anyone I hate enough to give them this machine.

We are now on our second unit in 2 weeks and this one is going back too. First one starting grabbing up tapes within the first few days. After 2 ruined tapes I sent for a replacment. We have had it 6 days and the tapes are making a clicking sound when playing and the sound is distorted. It is doing it on both old and newer tapes. It will play for a few minutes then turn itself off completely. Only good thing to say is that the DVD side has not given us problems yet.
