Save space in your entertainment center and enjoy vivid, colorful video with the 20-inch HD- and EDTV-ready LCD television with unique tilt-and-swivel stand. It can also be wall-mounted with the included bracket and is compatible with VESA 100 wall mounts. This EDTV (Enhanced Definition TV) set is capable of displaying not only television signals in 480p (480-pixel progressive) but also from video sources such as progressive-scan DVD players--which offers a far better resolution and picture than playing a DVD through an interlaced video screen.
It has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner and it's capable of displaying high definition TV signals with an optional receiver. It features a 1268 x 768 resolution, 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio for optimal letterbox movie watching and compatibility with 1080p/720p/480p/480i HD formats. It also features a 500-1 contrast ratio, 450 cd/m2 (candela per square meter) brightness rating, built-in stereo speakers capable of SRS virtual surround sound, parental control with V-chip, and PC display capability. It offers the following video and audio connections:
