This lightweight, portable 10-inch LCD display is perfect for desktops, tabletops, and counters. When mounted beneath your kitchen cabinet, the picture automatically inverts. This is an EDTV monitor, which means it's a step closer to high-definition or HDTV than standard TVs. The screen resolution is 800 x 600 pixels, and the contrast ratio is an impressive 250:1, since LCD technology lends itself to reproducing sharp contrast between light and dark images.
With its 200-cd/m2 screen brightness, the L10V22 will render a bright picture, even in light-drenched environments. A comb filter separates color data from black and white data to ensure optimal processing of both black-and-white and color video signals. Component-video, composite-video, S-video, RF (cable/VCR), and AV inputs accommodate most home-entertainment components. V-chip parental control is a programmable feature that uses the U.S. standard content advisory system to restrict viewing of specific programs or program types.
