Too small to be working.......2006-08-23

I ended up returning the item - it looked and acted chip - the buttons wouldn't work and as simple task as skipping or rewinding a song was unacomplishable.

not a bargain.......2006-08-19

I owned this player less than 24 hours before it died on me. Fortunately, it's covered under a warranty and the service people seemed easy to work with (I think because they've had to service the warrantly a lot on this item), but you have to dish out the money for the postage. The good: the player is compact and easy to use when it works. The bad (besides not working at all): the volume jumps from just barely audible to loud. This was a bargain for me because I used a certificate to pay for it, but I would discourage anyone from paying the retail price for this.

Can't beat the cost!.......2006-03-10

This is a great little MP3 player. I can't say anything bad about it. For $26 with shipping included it is a deal you can't beat. The volume control may take a little getting used to, but compared to the other players available it is a no brainer. Personally I don't need thousands of songs to listen to. Usually I can put about 30 or so on it depending on Bit rate. I would recommend this player to a family, and am thinking of giving it to a few as gifts. The software was easy to install and the connection via USB is quick and convenient. There is no reason to spend hundreds of dollars to impress other people by having a name brand player. If you want to listen to music and not spend a ton of money give this player a shot you will be thankful you did.
