Good for 3 years........2004-06-22

The paint does come off over time. I have had this player for 3 years and it worked perfectly until 1 month ago. The ESP stopped working. Other than that, it works great. I only paid $30 for this player and getting 3 good years isn't that bad for the price.

STOP DONT BUY.......2002-07-21

ALl the reviews so far have been directly after the purchase of this CD player. At first this CD player was amazing, for the price it put out a good sound, and overall good deal. But now it's been a few months and its been a horrible expeirence. First the paint has completly worn off, my CD player and headphones look a nasty worn off blue colour. Second, Ive sent this player into be replaced two times, and guess what its not working again..... Im not sure, the lid crushes to easily and the motor to spin the CD break due to the preasure.... The headphones were nice but now but dont play the correct freaquency, I hear the background singing.... overall a BAD product. Comon RCA fix this baby... i was sadly disapointed. i really wanted to like this CD player. But I have to warn you all against it! This is a true review, the thing is broken sitting next to my keyboard.... and for final note, this CD player had mostly just stayed in my bedroom, and on a few occasions in my backpack, ive been gentle with it.... and it sill broke down, i wasnt mountain climbing or droping it on the ground multiple times....

A Must Have.......2002-07-13

I picked up one of these on my way out today after my faithful old cd player had broken a few days prior. I didn't have a lot of cash to spend, so thought I would make a thrifty choice. I quickly grabbed the cheapest model that had all the features I was looking for, which happened to be this one. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of this product. It's easy to use and the sound quality is just as good as you would find in many more expensive models. The headphones are sooo comfortable and look very stylish. It doesn't skip at all and its very lightweight. I especially like the 2 levels of bassboost and also it packs a lot of sound.

Buy yourself one of these. Whether you're looking for a bargain or are looking a high quality product, its definately a great buy. You won't regret it. I'm listening to mine right now :]

Forget it.......2002-06-11

I got this CD player 2 months ago. Two days into the 3rd week, it broke. The paint also started to wear off of the buttons. I would not recomend this item. DON"T BUY IT!

I just purchased this nifty little cd player, and it plays wonderfully. I travel alot and sometimes the sound of the train/plane/automobile drowns out the music but not this player which has loud sound even on volume 4 (scale 1-10, ten the loudest) With the bass on it is one of the best sounds i have heard from a cd player.
The design is very cool and appealing to all ages and is extremely easy to use. The display screen is fun looking.
It is Cdr/rw compatible. To get all this... is a deal and suprising because it buys as much quality as the next... product on the market.
