ELK AUDIO AMPLIFIER The ELK800 is a great compact audio amplifier It may be connected to virtually any audio source, i.e. microphone, radio, computer sound card, telephone system paging output, etc., even an ordinary single line phone set. The audio source is amplified up to 10 watts, adjustable from an on-board volume control. Remotely installed, it saves money by requiring only 22 - 24 gauge telco or alarm type wire. It operates on 12 -24 volts AC or DC and has built in volume adjust. It can also drive multiple speakers. See Tech Notes for more info

Its small size allows it to be installed virtually anywhere. You can use it for distributing home automation voice announcements throughout the home, or any other low power audio amplification application. It can be centrally or remotely installed.
