The 1.5 is the foundation for our high performance music series. Our design goal was simply to make the finest 2-way speaker system we could, with no cost targets or restrictions. The 1.5 employs the same superb aluminum dome tweeter as the other systems in this series, along with a custom-designed 6.5" woofer. The first thing you'll notice is the natural tonal balance of instruments and voices, and a remarkable three dimensional soundstage.

I just replaced my Jamo 200 surrond speakers with the NHT 1.5 speakers and the difference was big! Much more detailed sound, greater frequvence response and better looks! Now I can hear all the "small" sound that I've been missing in my DVD:s...
