Infinity's patented Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm (CMMD(TM)) technology delivers accurate performance with dramatically reduced distortion for incredibly lifelike sound and dialog. The Infinity Beta C250 also features an improved tweeter that delivers extended high-frequencies out to 40kHz. Perfect for SACD or DVD-Audio recordings. The tweeter is mounted in a patent-pending Constant Acoustic Impedance waveguide for improved high-frequency dispersion anywhere in the listening room.

This speaker delivers speech so clearly, I no longer need subtitles on my DVDs! It complements my other speakers beautifully. The C250 is a bargain for the price.

I got the beta c250 about a year ago at 1/2 off. It continues to be one of the best buys for me. I'm still using it after upgrading everything else. It holds it's own at high volume. Very good voice reproduction. Great for music as well. Excellent speaker.

I continue to be very pleased with the sound quality from this Center Channel Speaker. I use it in a 5.1 surround sound configuration and didn't know what I was missing until I hooked it up. Recommended
