Infinity Entra Series loudspeakers and systems incorporate a host of advanced technologies to achieve levels of performance and sonic accuracy never possible before at their price points. All Entra models, including subwoofers, utilize Infinity's Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm driver technology, originally developed for the company's high-end Prelude MTS and Intermezzo Series loudspeakers. C.M.M.D. drivers are produced through a proprietary process of deep-anodizing ceramic material to both sides of an aluminum core, producing driver diaphragms of ultralow mass and ultrahigh rigidity for extraordinary transient response and resolution, and significantly reduced distortion and cone breakup.
