The Yamaha NS-525F Digital Home Theater Tower Speaker is the speaker that compliments your Yamaha home theater system. You'll never need to go to the movies again -- with this speaker and the other units in the NS-525 series, you'll have a better sound system than most theaters. Designed for natural sound reproduction, it delivers 200 watts of sound-filling audio. Its PMD (Polymer-Injected Mica Diaphragm) cone woofers are light and tough, for excellent sensitivity and dynamic range. The DC-Diaphragm provides crisper highs and powerful, lossless sound. The midrange and woofer have the same diameter (6.5") for better 3-way sound delivery; Heavy-duty aluminum diecast baskets deliver a more powerful woofer & midrange sound. Innovative separate chambers with vertical and slanted partitions give more even acoustics for even ditribution of sound throughout the room.
