NXG Technology's NX-PRO6B indoor/outdoor speakers are designed for durability, versatility, ease of use, and quality sound. You can mount them from the eaves or in a partially covered deck or patio using the supplied mounting brackets or position them indoors on a shelf or on individual stands (not included). You can even use them as surround speakers for a home theater (or, with 2 pairs, as both front and surround).
The speakers come with powder-coated ratcheting aluminum brackets for mounting in a locale of your choice, and the also feature rear-panel brass inserts that accept optional universal mounting hardware--especially convenient if you have existing mounts.
Despite their small size (8 x 12.9 x 7.3 inches each, W x H x D), the NX-PRO6Bs each feature a 6-inch injection-molded polymer cone with a durable rubber surround and 1-inch ultra-wide-dispersion titanium-laminate dome tweeter. Their ported enclosures enhance bass output for surprisingly full-bodied sound (55 to 20,000 Hz).
The 8-ohm speakers' sensitivity is rated at 90 dB (1 watt @ 1 meter), which means they're easily driven; NXG recommends use with integrated amplifiers or surround receivers up to 125 watts (maximum) per channel. The speakers' binding-post speaker terminals simplify hookups and ensure high-fidelity sound.
