Here's a quick TFK refresher course. Somehow, somewhere, you know this band. The Toronto, Canada natives have sold over 200,000 copies of their previous hit album Phenomenon. Along the way, they've won several major awards in their native country and the U.S., broken through on active rock radio, shared the stage with today's leading alt-rockers (Jimmy Eat World, Foo Fighters, The Donnas, Switchfoot, etc.) and even created the first great sports anthem of the 21st century with 2003's adrenaline-fueled hit "Rawkfist" which has been heard everywhere from sports stadiums to commercials! We are here to reassure you that it's OK to simply ROCK again. As in, straight-forward, aggressive, melodic rock'n'roll. And Thousand Foot Krutch is the band that's going to lead the way. "This is a rawk record," explains TFK frontman Trevor McNevan, who was up until the very last moment spending 15-plus hours a day in the studio with acclaimed producer Arnold Lanni (Our Lady Peace, Simple Plan, Finger Eleven) finishing the band's latest and greatest album, "The Art of Breaking."

When I first got this cd I did not enjoy the music at all.
After a couple days though I really started to like it.
The first 3 tracks on the cd are great and Move is good also.
I highly recommend you to get this cd.

Unlike a lot of artists out there, Thousand Foot Krutch have made sure pretty much every song on the album is worth listening to and capable of becoming a personal hit for a few weeks, even months. The songs differ enough in melody to seem new one after the other, and despite being a Chistian band, the lyrics are not preachy.

A great listen and a great band to support-definitely worth buying this one. Keep up the good work, TFK.

TFK is one of those great bands that I would recommend to any serious rock fan! They have great sound, great style, and their songs are danceable.

My personal favorites are Absolute, Move, Hit the Floor, Art of Breaking, and Breath You In. I keep those on the top of my iPod playlist! It's a great CD for any rock fan, and I'm loving it!

If you weren't a fan of this band in the past, do yourself a favor and check out The Art Of Breaking. It reminds me alot of Trapt's first cd, with rhythmic vocals and big hooks in every song! Their last cd was pretty tight, but i don't listen to it anymore. The Art Of Breaking blows it out of the water, and I can't imagine ever getting sick of it at this point. Word on the street is that TFK are recording new material, and if they stay in the direction of The Art Of Breaking, they've got a fan in me for life. Buy IT!!!!
