5 out of 5 stars the dogs of love.......2005-01-01

listen up kiddies, when andy mccoy of hanoi rocks saw tyla and asked "are you in a band, because you should be" . a star was born. tyla went on to form the dogs damour. simply the best band of all time. hanoi was done smack was done, and these guys came in and stole the scene. I can remember the first gig in l.a. to the last gig in l.a. when tyla sliced his stomach open with a broken bottle at florentine gardens. I've seen every dogs and tyla solo gig in l.a. orange county, and san diego. yes I'm privaleged and I know what I speak. so go out and buy everything you can find because it doesnt get better than this

5 out of 5 stars Overlooked Talent.......2002-12-26

This band did not catch a break when "Dynamite" came out & even with all the great music they keep putting out still don't. They have lots of devoted fans that stick by them & if you buy this compilation you will see why. They are glam, rock & blues all mixed together with some good ole fun. Tyla's words are brutal but truthful. A poet with his demons bared for all to see & feel. Brilliant songs, you won't be disappointed.

5 out of 5 stars the MOST underated band ever.......2002-01-17

a strange hybrid of bluesy barroom rock and roll ala the stones and glam rock savvy, comparable to hanoi rocks, early guns and roses, and even the great and lovely new york dolls. lead singer tyla is a sad poet that begs to be heard. jason from rollins band loves this band, and so do i...
