I came to this disc by way of The Tangent. This is killer prog. They throw in the kitchen sink on every tune. From ELP keyboard excursions to Frippertronic guitar tones. Even ATD's unusual vocals are growing on me with each listen. This is not the uplifting, happy prog of TFK's, Spock's Beard or Transatlantic. This is a dark, brooding chaos with melody lines and sarcastic wit. The addition of Jadis' Martin Orford playing flute on one track is a bonus.

All Prog albums should have a least one track with flute.
