Performing on the track are special guests and tour mates, Richie Samborra, David Bryan, Hugh McDonald, and Tico Torres. Also included on the soundtrack are timeless classics from Marvin Gaye- "Lets Get It On," and Tyrone Davis- "Turn Back the Hands of Time". Classical tone is set with pieces from Verstovsky, Glinka, and even Beethoven's "Mir Ist So Sunderbar" from the operal Fidelio, conducted by Otto Kemperer. Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer provides the musical backdrop for this fun picture, composing his most deeply felt score to date.

The best song is NOT by van morrison BUT by Little Steven. Time of your life is AWESOME and can't find anywhere other than this soundtrack!!!! He makes the whole soundtrack!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally I don't care for pop-music at all, I always skip the first 3 tracks and I guess I'm happy for this cd nnot to include whatever that song is that people in the other reviews complain about not being on this cd.
It's great Zimmer music, be it a bit low in theme count.
It's a great theme repeated often in different play styles.
If you like sweet Zimmer music you'll love this.
The track "From Russia" by Zimmer conspirator Nick glennie-Smith is excellent too.

This was a total waste of time and money. The song at the end of the movie wasn't on this CD so basically what you get is elevator music.

How could the forget the best song for this movie? The Van Morrison song that plays at the beginning and end of the movie is not on this CD.

If you like the movie tunes, this CD is just fine. The only disappointment is that it does not include the Van Morrison song "These are the Days" that was played at the start and end of the film while the charaters were dancing. You can find this track on Avalon Sunset. Enjoy!
