The house party scene, Biggie Smalls is rapping then it mixes into someone singing over the same sample while they are kissing in the cab on the way to his house. Does anyone who that is? And is it on the soundtrack?

This is defintely a very fine soundtrack of a classic television series.

BUT..... Aaaargh I'm looking for the opening theme not of Masterpiece Theater but of MOUSEterpiece Theater, the Disney show from the 80s, you know?

If ANYBODY has info on the name/composer of the theme plase let me know!!!

It is very similar to the opening theme of this cd, but its not the same...

HELP!!!

I am old enough to remember when "Saturday Night Live" was fresh and funny and new, with the original "Not Ready for Prime-Time Players" appearing.

This album features a lot of the great original skits, such as "Spud Beer," "The Godfather in Group Therapy," and "Duelling Brandos." To those of my age, this album will bring back many happy memories of a show that took America by storm and launched many great careers.

When I was 12 years old my buddy next door had this record. We listened to this hundreds of times and I still recall most of it to this day. I've been looking and waiting for it to be re-released. And it has been! That's all I should say, my uvula is on the fritz so I need to get back to work. Doug

I love this CD! I wasn't born yet when the older SNL episodes were out, but through watching videos, reruns, etc., I've found that the old SNL is the best!!! Gilda is definately my favorite!!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to laugh!!! :)

My dad has this recording on a record, and I used to listen to it all the time. But, it had a lot of skips. Now I can get my own copy. It's too bad I wasn't around back then, I would have been in Heaven.

    This is not the soundtrack to the the movie "Once Upon a Time in the West". It is a collection of "western" tunes (like the theme from Bonanza) which includes two selections from the movie. In addition, these are not the original Morricone recordings but rerecordings by a different orchestra.

      When it comes to underground compilations, usually its the same old story... a bunch of tracks from no name cats or else the compilation is riding on the fame of a few known cats hoping to sell. However, when I heard a few joints off this comp, I bought it anyway... and Damn! I was surprised, there was more heat on this album than my crew on the weekend!!! I never even heard of these cats until I bought this joint. So after that I checked out their website...www.BroughamRecords.com.... and found more on this label and the cats on the website. All these rappers are from Canada except 1 group from Seattle (which really don't do justice for the album... but what ever) and these rappers were tight!! Better than I've heard come out of the US lately... Anyways, I've done more research on these cats and now im more into the Canadian hip hop scene and these cats are makin' a name for themselves. Definitely check out this album... it's worth it. Holla!!@!@#

        Traders was a Canadian drama that ran for five seasons before retiring in 2000. It was about the lives of those who worked at Gardner/Ross, a financial bank in Toronto. It stared some of Canada's best actors, including Patrick McKenna, Sonja Smits, and Bruce Gray. The music is simply beautiful, especially the extended opening theme. It is mostly synethsized music, but does contain real instruments that convey the emotion that the writers and actors put into each scene of the show. While most are dramatic themes, their are a few that give a different feeling. Track 5 gives a cheerful, Carabian feeling. Track 10 is an uplifting theme that was used for a character that was dealing with cancer. And track 13 is a calm, almost fluttery, theme for one character who is a bit mentally unstable. The only thing a disliked about the CD was that it was not as long as other CDs and that some of the tracks were too short. But that problem can be solved by playing it again. Amazon.com needs to put in some samples of the songs so that people can see for themselves what an incredibile soundtrack this is. I found it hard to find this CD, but defiantly worth purchasing.
