Fascinating Peek at Late 60s England.......2000-10-01

If you have any kind of interest in the culture of late-60s England, this CD should be part of your collection. The music, from the Marquess of Kensington's lament about the fall of the aristocracy, to orchestral arrangements of the Rolling Stones's "Paint it Black", to the catchy pop of the Small Faces, to the instrumental experimentation of Pink Floyd, provides a fascinating glimpse into the underground social and music scenes of the time.

Very good album, but more of a collectable........1999-05-19
