The little town of Verplanck, New York is not known to the outside world for anything special. It is not, however, a community without its eccentricities. And when longtime resident Mona Dearly (BETTE MIDLER) drove her Yugo into the river to her death, no one really seemed to care. Actually 0 stars, 'cuz the one song I wanted, 'Bury Me' by Amy Millan & Grundig... Not Here! So frustrating. I feel so cheated. I don't need to hear any more Three Effing Dog Night.

That's the tune I wanted most on the CD, and it's missing :( The catchy song is by Amy Millan, with Grindig, and it plays over the closing credits.

The Three Dog Night tunes are kinda fun to listen to, and they're were one of the better things about this generally dumb movie.

But don't get the soundtrack if you're looking for "Bury Me." PS: I haven't been able to find it on any other recording.

This album is Ok but would have been great if they put "Popcorn" on it. It was in the movie-alotta people like it-wheres it on the soundtrack? Anyone who buys this has to get "Popcorn" by Hot Butter to truly complete the soundtrack.

P.S. "Popcorn" is availible on the interent almost anywhere
