If you are the sentimental type or have an apprieciation for classic romantic film scores, then this is very likely to fit the bill. The score, composed by Stelvio Cipriani, has the ability to touch one's heart with such passion and conviction that it will resonate long after it stopped playing, with its gentle, harmonious orchestral arrangement-which successfully translate the depth and feeling of the film to which it was composed. A joy to have on CD-thoroughly recommended to all serious record collectors!

An outstanding piece by an outstanding composer. By chance, I found a clip of this music while I was searching for Italian love music on another site, I knew at that time I have to get it. A 'must' get for anyone who loves grand music, fine Italian love songs. I agreed totally with the other reviewer that those who love Burt Bacharach's music would love this very much as well. It's not easy to find another masterpiece that can vividly express the sensual feelings of love. I love this piece as much as I love Burt's 'Alfie'.

Outstanding, simply outstanding. If you like instrumental music from Henry Mancini and Burt Bacharach, then this is a must have CD.
