Customer Reviews:
Every movie should have a soundtrack.......2005-10-14
This may not be the best of all soundtracks but i do have to give it credit for puting out the songs that actually were played in the film. The two that stood out the most for me were: Downtown by Lloyd Cole (scene: where they knock over the convience stores) and Orane by Les Negresses Vertes(scene:at the club with girls and drugs after his fiance sees the video).
I also enjoyed the film's instrumentals and scores by Trevor Jones. This was unusual for me because most scores dragging on.
This was wonderfully jazzy and sensual. If you liked the film and the music in in then pick up this soundtrack it's worth it for the used price.
Not a great album.......2004-03-04
Always the same thing with soundtrack albums, I keep them for 2-3 songs only.
This one is kept for "N'sel fik", one the best algerian song I ever heard. Also kept for "Downtown" by Lloyd Cole a magnificiant harmonica song (my favorite from him).
Can't stand all of Skinny puppy's songs and this one is no execption.
