Stay Gold are one of the up and coming hardcore bands from Seattle. They play fast, melodic hardcore, with plenty of breakdowns. These guys aren't just another hardcore band, these guys actually have talent. They know how to play their instruments, and they play them well. Also Stay Gold have very well written lyrics. Also the drummer for Stay Gold is one of the best drummers that I have ever heard. The guy's incredible. Their are six songs on the Cd and all are pretty much awesome. In my opinion track #3 is the best. On the indecision records webpage, indecisionrecords.com there are a couple Stay Gold songs to download. There's full length album coming out July 23, 2002.

This is agreat new band from the NW, any kid who like fast old school HC, Hot Water Music, and Lifetime should pick this up.

is it hardcore? is it rock? is it punk? i just don't know. but it sure is catchy. i've been told these guys sound like lifetime, turning point, dag nasty...even in my eyes. but i haven't ever actually heard them. do yourselves a favor, or perhaps an anti favor, and pick this up...or don't.
