This is the second "American" release of the Break & Bossa Series from Schema. And to be fair, this is much much better tha nthe first release of the American Chapter. The reason being - even if you are a collector of the Italy based Break & Bossa compilations, none of them contain the works of Noorda, Fragmentorchestra and etc. that this one does!

But the remainder of the tracks are taken from the various schema artists and Break & Bossa compilations as a sort of "snapshot" of what the series and label has to offer. Artists include "The Dining Rooms", Combo Granata, Soulstance, Gerardo Frisina, and Les Hommes. By all means, I would certainly recommend this chapter instead of the original "American Chapter". Also, the feature releases by all of those listed above are great (Combo Granata won't be out until the summer - at the earliest) If anything, you can hear the very talented Dj Fragmentorchestra, who's cd has not been released in the US, and Noorda - who's release is still very new.

If you enjoy this, you may also want to check out Break & Bossa 5. It's a double disk set with many of the same artists, but with a rare mixed second disk. Good work.
