3 out of 5 stars Inconsistent.......2003-10-11

This album has its moments, but has just too many bad tracks to warrant any real accolades. The first disc is basically crap, and I simply threw it away after a couple listens. On the second disc Romero spins some bangers, most notably Jark Prongo's 'Shake It', but it just never builds any real momentum. Typically, I like my house music a little more on the funky side, so maybe this just isn't my style, but it just seems a little to cold and "techie" and doesn't really have a whole lot of soul to it.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing!.......2002-03-12

Harry Choo Choo Romero is an amazing DJ. I am brazilian and on October,2001 Fatboy Slim played at São Paulo duringIt wasOne of the music was "I Want Out". Since them I was willing to receive the new that Choo Choo would release a new CD. I bought it and I liked it so much.
It's a mix of top eletronic music and cool sound.
As much as I hear, as much I wanna enjoy it!
Let's vibe!

1 out of 5 stars Stay away from this CD.......2002-03-11

It is plain and simply "Awful". I bought this on the basis of all the rave reviews it has received in the Music Press. Some of it may work in the clubs but as a listening experience it is grating and at times extremely irritating. The first 4 tracks on CD 1 are not that bad but the rest are just irritating nonsense. This in my opinion has been truly overhyped by the Music Press and does not deserve the rave reviews it has received. Next stop is a second hand shop for me and hopefully will get some money back on it.

5 out of 5 stars Harry ýChoo Chooý Romero ý totally Sublime!.......2002-02-21

The first thing that strikes you about this compilation is the track listing. Romero covers so many basis with this Mix, kicking off with an intrusive yet catchy sample from Harry himself simply entitled Beats, he courts our ears with the gamut of House styles. Green Velvets `La La' land is a pivotal point in CD one - from here on in it's twisted and tribal, or so you think! Just when you have settled into the grove he hits you with a Disco vocal dub, blended over some really juicy beats - and then were funkin!

CD two is a follow from the first, starting with a Latin flavoured opening track from Delgado simply entitled Session one. He finishes the CD with Those Two's `Rock you, Rock You' which is so apt.
Subliminal sessions two takes you beyond Morillo's first session, and leaves you praying for Session 3!
