How refreshing to discover a new, hot band that relies on the quality of its music instead of the number of piercings on its lead singer. An old fan of Ten Mile Tide, I love to hear this six-member group complement each other to create a soul-soothing sound. While they kick up big energy at their live shows, "Flow" is more the type of thing you listen to during a long soak in the tub, a roadtrip, or a train ride across the mountains. Or it just helps you imagine you're doing those things.

How to describe them? They're folk, they're rock, they're even a little bluegrass. The type of music that's welcoming instead of intimidating, that's both serious and light. They can sing about a girl's innermost emotions ("San Francisco"), and then move on to a song that's all about getting wasted ("Never Gonna Drink Again").

I can't wait to see where this band heads next. Tip: you can also check them out on kazaa - they have a few songs featured there. I recommend "Blue and Sudden."

flows very smoothly in my stereo.......2002-12-12

This is one of my all time favorite albums. I got it last summer at a tmt show and can't stop listening to it. The guys are really musically talented and Flow shows off all their skill. Some songs are very danceable and others are very mellow- like Blue and Sudden or San Francisco are extremely mellow and beautiful.

It is hard to classify this album as just pop rock or folk rock or jam music. The songs are each really well done- and are a mix of bluegrass/rock/pop/jam band I suppose.

This CD is marvellous for every Old-School-Boogie-Afficinado!
There are some rare tracks, you will find sampled in many housegrooves today. The music style is late 70/early 80 disco-funk of highets quality. A sure Buy!!

Ten Mile Tide's tight grooves and soothing vibes continue to wow its, what can only be described now as, militant gay following. I saw them in Frisco last month with my boyfriend and they were TO DIE FOR! The fiddler's not too hard on the eyes either.

This album is the follow up of their previous album "Flow," and I have to say, this album topped the previous performance. This album shows us, as fans, how beautiful music can sound when harmony is used along with multiple instruments. If you were unaware, this band is a 6 man band, each member is extremely talented with their instrument. I bought the cd directly from the band and when I got to know and listen to them, they want people to listen and to enjoy their music. This is what Ten Mile Tide is all about: Their fans and making great music. Great Album!!

This is just the kind of music I have been waiting for!!! It is straight ahead but honest, genuine, and vivacious. The album takes you on an emotional journey from the upbeat, anthem "Sweet Life" to the heart-wrenching "Hurricane". The violin and vocal harmonies are beautiful and the band is rockin! Beautiful:)! I also highly recommend "Flow".

I was introduced to Ten Mile Tide by a friend who thought that my pop-rock side might be appealed to by this band. Unfortunately, the lyrics lack the depth that I tend to enjoy in music. The vocals can sound pleasing at times, until you listen to what is coming out of them. It's too much story with too little plot for lyrics. If you're the kind of person who just likes music in general, these guys might fit in well for your taste. If you're even the least bit picky, you'll find lots too pick on. It's just too simple, and too uninspired.

I had the oppurtunity to see Delilah perform in person. I "HAD" to buy the CD. She put on a great performance and I just love her mellow vibe:) I liked the fact that she was singing... and the gyrl can "BLOW". She was singing to the crew asking them to adjust the microphone and she had me just bopping to that:)

She has this song called "Woman"... it is in Acapella and I LOVE IT:):):) I LOVE HER WHOLE CD!!!!

I do not know the artist personally, but I was introduced to her music by someone who does. I am a huge fan of all kinds of music. Delilah has a gift for writing songs as well as delivering them with her voice. The CD is really great and I've had the pleasure of hearing Delilah live. She sounds great on the cd and sounds even better live. She will be on the top of the charts very soon. You'll see!
