Customer Reviews:
PURE CRAP.......2005-04-01
[...]If I wasen't really into this type of music and this was my first crack at it, this album would put me off. Save your money, don't buy this crap!!!! But if you like cheezy vocals, than this is the album for you. I just don't understand how you can classify this bubbly happy crap as trance!!! End of rant on CRAP!!!
Good for first timers.......2004-02-04
I would side with those that truly know trance in saying that this is not anything new. However the CD does have a lot of trance classics. If you are a first time listener I'd definitely recommend this CD since it is kind of a "Best of" album that will get you hooked on trance. It really deserves 4 stars, but in order to make sure veteran trance listeners aren't fooled by the scewed ratings, I had to try and bring the ratings down to what they should be.
If you really like trance then you have to listen to Tiesto end of story. Summerbreeze is still one of my all time favorites. His recent CD In Search of Sunrise 3 is good as well. It's first 7 tracks are awesome. And if you are into High BPM trance then EVERYONE knows that DJ Dean's Tunnel Trance Force series is the best ever. Must be something in the water in Holland because great DJs spring up from there.
Hope this helps.

Dont believe the reviews.......2003-11-12
Originally when I read the reviews online I thought this CD must be the white elephant of trance I was searching for, with people staking their reputations and their 'extensive' knowledge of trance on it. Luckily I asked a Dj Friend of mine to borrow it and frankly it was amature factory trance for the masses, what annoys me is that every review online, someone stakes the claim of being the best trance CD ever and this is certianly does not come close. If your on the trance journey and you will know what I mean if you are, your after liquid, melodic, emotive trance that reaches deep down into the wellspring of human emotion. This CD is just another brick in the wall dont buy it Instead buy Majik 6 Buy Tiesto you'll know what I mean with beautiful melodic beats its not the white elephant but it comes close.
One of the BEST TRANCE CDS to date.......2003-03-22
I got into trance about 2 years ago and have been a die-hard since. Paul Oakenfold's Tranceport is what got me started and I thought that I would not ever hear a cd that comes close...until now. Trancematch puts two of the best trance dj's (Ferry Corsten and Armin Van Buuren) together for one of the greatest mix cds ever. The transitions are flawless. This has been in my cd player for months.
Perfect trance.......2003-02-10
In a word 'PERFECT'. From the CD's track selections and mixing to the danceability, this CD is the Rolls-Royce of trance music. Another thing I noticed with the songs on this CD is that no matter how much I play them, I don't get tired of them. The Japanese took the hottest songs with the best mixes and put them on this CD to ensure that the listener would never get sick of the songs. There are some of the rarest songs and mixes found on this CD and that alone justifies the high price tag. The best trance CD in existence thus far, whether you are a new listener or veteran, you must experience this CD or you are missing out.
