5 out of 5 stars Lets say she makes her own music.......2003-10-25

Her next coming album alone is just as good as this one. There
is nothing mellow here.Everything is loud and heavy.Which I find
    it easy to listen.

5 out of 5 stars Russian Acid Trance Queen Makes a HUGE impact in the US.......2003-01-30

From her sexy looks to her Live Melodic performances space girl is truely a must see in the world! Vlada aNative of Moscow, Russia, she started playing the piano at 3 years old. With strick tourturing practices Vlada entered a school for talented children at the age of 6. Then moved to NYC in 1991 to attend Julliard, she spent 6 years there and left with a bacellors degree, she then thought why am i here. One night she her firned took her to her first rave knowing nothing about what they were. After that she was hooked, dj's were her gods. She one night saw a live performance by Union Jack and the next day went to sam ash and bought her first key board! Thats when it all started, she landed her first gig at Techno Nation a 12,000 person event and released her first record after a few years. In november 1999 she joined a record label in NYC called HArd Beat Records and released her first CD. SHe later released her 2nd CD and is know as the Queen of acid trance playing at events all around the country..................

LET ME TELL YOU! If you dont even like techno go to an event shes at and just see her perform. She is AMAZING, her hands are increadable fast ,she palys multiple key boards at once, AND STILL HAS TO TIME SMOKE A CIGARET WHILE DOING IT ALL! She gets the crowd PUMPING and her beuty awes the crowd.... My sister who HATED trance or any typed of electronic music started to love it one day when i was playing her song - Get Mad....... LOOK FOR HER AROUND..... Also try visiting her site you can listen to streaming (no download!) songs form her or download a few ot your computer! Her site is not up to date.... but shes suppose to realese a 3rd CD someday, look for her before she stops performing YOU WILL REGRET IT..... SHE IS NOT A TURNTABLE DJ!! SHE PLAYS HER SYNTHS LIVE! LOOK FOR HER AT EVENTS LIKE COUNTDOWN, BOO, ONE NATION, ETC. ETC. YOU DONT WANT TO MISS HER! LOL i dont know how much i can stress it. SHES INCREDABLE! ALSO BUIY HER CD'S!! THERE BOTH GREAT!! GET MAD IS AWESOME AND SO IS WITHOUT YOU... her music is so dramtic evenwithout words in all of them you can feel what shes feeling.......

    5 out of 5 stars "KANDI STOMP".......2002-12-28

I saw this "girl" put n a live show at a Xmass party in Springfield Mass (Asylum!!!) I know she is known for not showing up to gigs but she showed to this one. I was blown away, and couldn't stomp dancing, she filled the room with energy and built up the vibe which was already great. I have yet to hear this cd but its bound to be good, read the other reviews, they dont lie, 5 stars aint enough

    5 out of 5 stars I wanna be a spacegirl.......2002-09-16

This is the second of her two bangin CDs. Space Girl was born in Moscow, and was trained to be a concert pianist. She played with big concert orchestras by they time she was nine and won several piano contests. She went to NYC, to go Julliard, then more importantly while she was there, she went to her first rave. The rest as they say is history.

Space Girl has created a genre in and of itself. Her music does not fit the traditional boundaries within the dance world. To call her music merely trance is not giving her enough credit. She uses her piano background not to spin music but to create music. She compiles layers upon layers of sound for a style of trance that takes you deep into her world.

On this cd, she layers slow trance melodies on top of fast paced dance music and tops it off with hauntingly beautiful vocals. She starts hard with a first track that builds you up to the tempo of the rest of the CD. She keeps up the pace with a truly original song, Funky Acid (about just that), this song will make anyone want to get up and dance! Then she ends with one of her greatest songs, Dream your Dreams, which has the most original trance melodies topped with gorgeous vocals. This CD is one of the few CDs in my collection that I feel that all of the songs are worth listening to and one of the rare CDs I can listen to over and over again and still get lost in the beat. Bottom line, this album is a must have for any techno (specifically trance) enthusiast.

    5 out of 5 stars Supa Phat!!!!!!!.......2002-08-29
