Floor Burners is a collection of dance classics from the New York based indie label Liquid Groove.
Founded in the mid 90s by Oliver Stumm (H2O, The Ones, A Touch Of Class) and Stephan Mandrax (Shakedown, Boombastic), Liquid Groove consistently delivered peak hour dance cuts that never failed to cause a crowded dance floor to raise its hands in unison.
This is a collection of their most influential and self-defining releases featuring the work of authoritative figures such as Farley & Heller, Peter Rauhofer (Club69), Matthias Heilbronn, Mike Delgado and Rob Rives. Most of these tracks enjoyed proper releases from U.K. majors (with some hitting the top 20 pop charts). They are presented here in their original form by the label that introduced them to the scene.
All these "tried and tested" mixes are presented in their extended 12" versions and are not beatmixed. This collection defines Liquid Groove's trademark sound of infectious baselines and peak hour energy, guaranteeing to burn dance floors across the globe!
