IF YOU ARE INTO RAVE THEN THIS ALBUM IS FOR YOU ,PETE TONG AND BOY GEORGE'S METAMORPHISIS GIVE YOU THE BEST OF BRITISH MUSIC AS AN EX PAT. THIS IS MY ESSENTIAL CONNECTION TO THE BRIT SCENE, THE IBIZA (AAH IBIZA!!!!)ALBUM IS ANOTHER WICKED MUST HAVE.

Very impressed with this round up of this years funky tracks. Mixed with skill by the wizard himself, this c.d collection is the only essential!

Pete Tong has established himself as one of the most popular DJs in the UK, with a BBC Radio One show where these tracks were drawn from. His selection tends towards the 'popular', yet you won't find "la bouche" on any of this compilations.

This CD has the added bonus of a third CD, compiled and mixed by Mr. DJ Authority himself - Paul Oakenfold. There you'll find The Cure, It's Immaterial, Woodentops, plus a lot more tunes that, put together, recreate the sound experience of the Summer of 88.
