ONE OF 3 AND ONLY ONE ON CD.......2007-03-22

I HEARD THAT IHE SOUND WAS BAD AND IT IS BUT I LOVE THE RECORDING. THERE ARE ONLY TWO LIVE RECORDINGS OF THE MILLS BROTHER AND THEY ARE STILL ONLY ON LP. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE SADLY ON CD. IF YOU ARE A BIG FAN AND NEED EVERYTHING GET IT. AFTER A WHILE I FOR GET ABOUT THE SOUND. ONCE HARRY COME IN AND START TALKING AND DON START SINGING WITH HERB FOLLOWING IT ALL YOU WILL BE HAPPY. I PLAY IT ALL THE TIME, LONG TRIPS ON THE TRAIN, ON MY WAY TO WORK. GET IT IF YOU ARE A BIG, BIG, BIG FAN LIKE ME!!!

HORRID SOUND.......2000-06-04

This live recording sounds like it was made on a dictaphone! Truly terrible remastering, and if you put your "extras" on, the sound blacks out, where they tried to hide the flaws. However this recording is full of flaws, overloads, and horrid sound. Don't be a fool like me; do not buy it.

Great!!!!.......2006-02-01

(I chose 4 stars instead of 5 as I only lisened to half of the tunes)
I listened this group through internet radio (International Jazz Conspracy) on jan 25, 2006 and immediately looked for their CD. They played pieces such as 'Maiden Voyage' and 'Footprints' and they are mostly as good as the original works of Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter.
I just wish this CD will be easily available to us all.

Wylde Nept is a local band from Cedar Rapids, IA who do "Irish Pub" music quite well. If you like to have a few drinks with friends and enjoy Irish music then this is the CD for you. Goes great with a Guinness!

Bernard really has outdone himself with this album. I love the fact that he decided to put words in selective tracks. I am not a huge instrumental music fan but I LOVE this album!! My favorites are "Christmas Prayer"--I find the lyrics to be soo true. "When the Battles Over", "Generosity", "Available to You"...I really should just list the entire album. Definitely worth the buy. You will be blessed by this album...

you think you've heard it all until you hear bernard harris.truly a work of art.track 1 with the only instruments being bass & drums is remarkable.for all you bass players and those of us that want to be bass players take note.and for those of you that just love music,tell me what you feel when you listen to this annointed music.(favour ain't fair)
