Wow, these guys really wanted to be Def Leppard. I know that this album was produced by Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen, but still, BB Steal didn't deviate at all from the Hysteria formula with their 1992 debut On the Edge. The Australian rockers serve up 10 radio friendly love songs, including the kind of rock anthems and ballads that Def Leppard was so well known for. It's a decent enough album, but at least some originality would have been nice!

On the plus side, this album makes for a much better follow-up to Hysteria than Adrenalize ever did.

all has been said on this album. This the ultimate pure thrash album of all time. All the extreme bands (death and black metal) say that this is their greatest influence. This album is written without nuances and compromise. Slayer goes ahead directely at the essential things: aggression, speed and brutality.
angel Of Death is one of the greatest metal song ever written with Master Of Puppets of Metallica.

when i first got this album years ago, i was blown away. every song is incredibly fast. this is probably one the shortest lp's ever. well without the bonus tracks. it's only a 28 minute lp. this album is pure mayhem at it's best. any real thrash fan has this album.

Okay. F-yeah...this is the sh--. This is the album that single-handedly reinvigorated metal in 1986 after softsucks like Guns and Jovi started making their fey noise. Twenty nine minutes of unrelenting but surprisingly intelligent music accelerated all the more by Tom Araya's new, crisp-minus-the-effect vocals. Words cannot describe the reaction fans had to this during the 86-87 tour, except it made 'Tallica's Monster 'riot' look like Barney Goes To Camp. Anyone into guitar, look this one up and learn...
