this a great album. if you are having a party, or going to a party in your car, or partying all alone in a room in front of a mirror, this is the cd that should be playing. 10K is by far the catchiest song ive ever heard.

Number one is so, tight. Nelly is one bad dude.
I think there will be a lot of albums sold. In my opinion I don't see how this album could flop. What does it take to be #1. This CD has it. I suggest you get a hold of this CD.

There are some great lyrics on here but the beats are kind of wack and you can tells this is a compilation.There are a good collections of MCs and musiscians-Asheru-Wordsworth-Kweli-J Live-Ken Starr...If you are looking for some B-Boy roots music music this could be the place for you.The Top songs are as Follows "B.M.I.G.","Braggin rights","Backstage" and "Mood Swings"

Compilation of the year easily.......2003-08-26
This album is great. Asheru is fast becoming one of my favorite rappers- the track with Kweli is worth the purchase price alone. J-Live seems to be popping up everywhere- take a listen to the track with Soulive. If you don't get up and dance, check your heartbeat. I was a little disappointed with the Richy Pitch track, which is really just some people talking over a mediocre beat. Overall, though, there is not much skipping around on this album, something that rarely can be said for compilations. I look forward to more from 7 Heads in the future.

I was first introduced to Anointed Lyrical Wiz off of churchbeat. Since then I had to pick up the album. For a Christians who like the musical sounds of secular hip-hop/rap, but not its worldly advice, this CD is a literal 'God Sent'. Wiz's beats have a tight southern flavor that does not compromise the message with the sound. He proves that gospel rap can be positive and sound good as well. Don't wait, get yours today!

Annointed Lyrical Wiz puts it down on this album. Unlike the state of most Hip Hop today, The impressive thing about this masterpiece is His lyrics! The subject matter on the lyrics wasn't very diverse, and gunplay/dope-dealing rhymes were abundant. Now, I don't have anything against that, but when it's used in excess, it gets quite boring. The beats on some of the songs didn't do anything for me. Tracks like Gun Squad, Can't Front, and Ya Feel Me, had some either below average or straight up wack beats. However, most of the rappers featured are either average or above average, so there's really nobody that's outright wack.
This album could've received 2 or 2.5 stars from me but what earned this CD its 3.5 stars were the certified street bangers like ... Holla Boston, High Noon, Treason, and Who's Livin' It. The beats on these tracks will get your head nodding for sure and the thug life lyrics come out really dope this time.
Some of the words on certain songs are edited even in the explicit version, so that kinda shows ya that this is some hardcore rap.
Ecen though i gave this CD 3.5 stars (which is not bad), this Boston representatives rep their hometown to the fullest, and hopefully, they'll put it in the map of the East Coast rap scene.

This cd is great. Each song has it's good qualities and the cd overall is probably one of the best i've heard in awhile. When u first listen to a lot of the songs on this album they don't sound that great, but if u listen to them for a while u realize how good each track is. There's mayb 2 tracks on this cd that aren't that good, but many other tracks make up for that. All in all, this is a great cd and i would urge anyone, especially people who like the mademen cd, to buy this and phatten your collection. I would give this cd a 4 1/2 stars and urge anyone who is a fan of rap and hiphop to buy this.
