A damn fine single and a U.S.Tour as well.......1999-09-15

Pinch me. This single is fantastic and the remix disc is worth the extra cash. It just seems to have more meat than the Billingual stuff. Cannot wait for 'Nightlife'. On top of that, a U.S. tour! Neil and Chris will have lots of my money this year. I give it gladly.

I 've never heard the music from this new CD before. I've seen it, bought it - and it was a surprise. After long time abstinence without new releases something new, experimental & original, but on the other hand typicall Pet Shop Boys songs. Something for your imagination and for dreaming.

The Pet Shop Boys have done it again. It's remarkable that they can keep producing such great work. "I Don't know what you want" seems to tell of a frustrating relationship with an emotionally unavailable mate. The smoothness of the lyric and accompaning music make this single one of the most addictive in recent memory; and a sure tease of the upcoming full-length release. Good things come to those who wait.

The Morales Remix is absolutely perfect.......2002-04-17

The David Morales remix on the CD-single in nothing short of flawless. I wasn't a huge fan of the album version of this song, but this remix has brought it to a completely new level. You will not be disappointed.

The Pet Shop Boys have done it again!! Another single that could be destined for greatness, if only North American radio would smarten up and embrace PROPER dance music. The vocals are stunning, and the remix production by Morales is wonderful - cut this one into a radio edit and (in a perfect world) watch it rip up the charts. The Maddkatt remix is well done also. The other song on this disc - Je T'aime sucks though - it sounds like 80's new wave.

True Pet Shop Boys fans will indeed be fascinated by this single. The first of singles to be released from the upcoming album entitled nightlife", it si guaranteed top make admirers of Neil and the hair on the back of your neck stand up at the first line of lyric. We simply love it and we haev only heard it three times. We all know that listening to No Regrets and hearing neil inthe background has not been enough for those who have patiently waited since "bilingual" for another life changing cd. If any indication, this single proves that "nightlife: may be as promising and influential as "very" when confronted by their new work.
