I love Backflip! Never a boring moment. My favorites have to be Mountain Windsong and The Salmon Song. Arigon Starr truely knows how to tell a story in song. I can tell she writes and sings her words with true conviction, two elements that always draw me to an artist.
Can't wait until the next CD. Arigon Starr, you just get better and better!

This is a wonderful record. It shows Arigon Starrs' versatility in writing as well as her strong singing abilities. I liked all the songs, but being a country music fan, am swayed to Mountain Wind song and Daddy's Records. Hard rock fans will enjoy The Salmon Song! There is something for everyone on this CD. Good going, Ms. Starr!

      This real rock with out the BS, without the metal or punk or nu hyphen anything attached. It's pure rock and roll. It's pop, before pop became synonomous with the vapid, insipid, overproduced teen-idol Timberlake-Spears-Simpson bad word it is now. It's also pop with crunchy (not metal) guitars, real sounding voices singing harmonies or shouting their throats raw, well crafted songs, world class lyrics, and hooks you can sink your teeth into. Someone has to carry on the tradition of the British Invasion, American Garage (Nuggets-style), Pretenders gritty rock and roll, and this band and this CD does it for me!!!
