Remember when Homer Simpson runs mindlessly on the floor in circles? This cd will have you doing this. Once the first track is a minute into duration you will be halfway to the ground. Promise. Get this cd, get Voice of Earth, get Union Jack's "There Will Be No Armageddon". Do not get these from amazon.com, however, as you will pay WAYYY too much for them. Get them from Platipus' website. Also check out Man With No Name's "Moment of Truth." (Can't get that one from Platipus, but is easily and affordably attainable from amazon.com)

Art of Trance is indeed aural art. Very few people are as gifted as the guy(s) who put this music together. This is not only talent, but creative and quality use of it driven by a passion for true music. How do I know this? Listen to the disc, I am sure it will be quite obvious to you as well. Enjoy.

By the way, why is this listed under "Art of France?"

This CD contains the most beautiful and imaginative music that I've heard in a while. Although I guess it would be considered trance, to me it transcends any type of categorization; it is just simply beautiful electronic music. Art of Trance combine gorgeous melodies with samples from nature while at the same time retaining a great dance beat. If you are into trance, or a connoisseur of electronic music like myself, this CD is highly recommended. It is intricate and intelligent, uplifting and moving; and well worth the price of an import CD!

I heard "Golden Rain&quot...and decided then and there that I needed to own this album. The songs are fantastic, and the artisticly woven trance experiences put the "Art" in Art of Noise.

Subtly similar to my other favorite trance artist, Astralasia (another "must purchase" artist), these songs evoke what is true and primal about trance music. They do more than raise my spirits and spark energy inside of me that I didn't know existed, but likewise provide me with a trip that no drug could ever provide.

I heard "Golden Rain" on Tag's Trance Trip Shoutcast server (streaming MP3s) and decided then and there that I needed to own this album. The songs are fantastic, and the artisticly woven trance experiences put the "Art" in Art of Noise.

Subtly similar to my other favorite trance artist, Astralasia (another "must purchase" artist), these songs evoke what is true and primal about trance music. They do more than raise my spirits and spark energy inside of me that I didn't know existed, but likewise provide me with a trip that no drug could ever provide.

Some argue that MP3s do nothing but hurt the music industry. That may be so for crappy artists that get their shlock broadcast on the radio, but for me it was an opportunity to have my mind blown away by songs I never knew existed. Long live free digital music! May Art of Trance continue to produce the best trance music in the world!

Love the uniques style he makes. I have both his CD's This one and Voice of Earth. If you don't have both the cd's then Buy them. If you have these cd's then go purchase Union Jack because He is one half of that duo. He is coming out with a new album at the end of the year (Or so I've heard) so look out for that...Oh yeah if you like this then you might be interested in Oliver Lieb's (a.k.a LSG) music (He did a remix of Kaledioscoope-fantatsic) because he creates some great "organic" effects also.
