Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars The Beginning of Industrial.......2005-10-17

This is Cabaret Voltaire at their peak. This is industrial but not in the cheesy play an out of tune synth and scream (not that there's anything wrong with that) but instead a cold, industrial landscape that would go well with Eraserhead. One could file this under post punk as well. Basically, every song metamorphizes and then suddenly ends. The musique concrete aspect of their earlier work was fading and songs were coming into place. Highlights are Nag, Nag, Nag, No Escape and their eerie deconstruction of Here She Comes Now.
