Customer Reviews:
Impressive pop-psyche.......2004-10-26
Adam Howorth simply pens great tunes. I really enjoyed Beat Your Crazy Head... (first release) and this one may surpass it. Interestingly, although the first 4 tunes are good, it's songs 5-10 that really shine. Not that Captain Soul really sounds similar to them, but I'll wager if you like Teenage Fanclub, or Cosmic Rough Riders; you'll love this. There is a definite progression from the first cd to this one; Beat Your Crazy Head may be more immediate, and have a few more superb songs, but this one is more consistent throughout. I'm looking forward to release #3.
Fantactic find.......2003-09-02
Amazing, great melodies laced with great harmonies, under strong songs, Highlights 'I am a rolling stone' 'Show me a way' 'Looking for love'. Listen to there debut album...'Beat your crazy head against the sky' with the classic 'T-Shirt 69, a song that will last forever....
