If you like music, buy this.

Tin foil phoenix are so original and er... exotic! I bought this album, like many, having heard 'Neopolitan' on the 604Records website. It was a bit of a whim but it was Christmas and i was ordering Armchair Cynics album (which is briliiant too by the way) anyway. postage from Canada was very fast to the UK. and I stuck this cd straight in the cd player and out rocked Neopolitan (which i still love), followed by 9 awesome tracks. each one different and imaginative and just excellent. i just wish that Tin Foil Phoenix could break the UK so i could just go out and buy there album from the shops, rather than have to order it from canada. but, it was worth the wait and i'm SO pleased with myself for risking it!!!

just, buy it, you'll never hear anything else like it.

To perfectly honest with you, before I bought to CD I was not exactly the biggest Tinfoil Phoenix fan, Only because I had seen them live before, and perhaps I was not paying too much attention as they were on a bill with 6 other bands. But after I bought the CD (Mainly because of the play of Neopolitan on the Radio when they were called 'Sonic Bloom') I have become a huge fan. This CD is everything you could ask for. This is not the Mainstream type of Rock, it is, but it is so different it could be classified as it's own genre. The album's 10 Tracks are all solid, well wrote, and very catchy. Personally the most Catchy tunes are Neopolitan(Of Course, I mean the album title is part of the lyrics in this song), Miss Genova, and Bottom Of The Bay. Trust me, if you're into Rock, but want something just a little off from the Mainstream this is exactly what you're looking for. The 5 Stars I gave this album came without any thought, it was just a given. This Album Rocks!

Innovative songwriting and great musicianship throughout this debut CD from Winnipeg's own Tin Foil Phoenix. Very strong tracks from start to finish, this CD is sure to please everyone. Also comes with the band's debut video for the single... 'Neopolitan'

This CD is a good listen from start to finish. Excellent musicianship and innovative songwriting. Good to see the Canadian talent pool hasn't dried up. This band is sure to impress anyone who sees/hears them
