This is the version of Shut Up with explicit lyrics. Amazon did not specify this when showing the CD cover, so I didn't know until I received it in the mail that it includes some profanity. I know that there is a 'clean' version out there somewhere, because I have heard it. I just wanted to let others who were thinking about buying this CD know....

"Shut Up" is a great single, the kind of R&B that makes you move and has a sense of humor--the kind of thing Run-DMC used to do.

The other tunes here don't match up to that standard, though. "Tell Your Mama Come," recorded live at the House of Blues in Chicago, is pretty pedestrian Rap and sounds like it was recorded live in a warehouse using two tin cans and a long piece of string. "Karma" is a lame attempt at Reggae; it sounds like too little Bob Marley influence and way too much Shaggy influence to me.
