Product is in perfect condition. Didn't like the material much, too country. Delivery was ok, nowhere near as fast as the other product I ordered on the same day, but arrived eventually.

Jimmy Nail sure knows how to pick a good tune. Like Blue Roses, Cowboy Dreams, I'm a Troubled Man and Dragons by Prefab Sprout's Paddy McAloon.
Peotic, romantic, beautiful music.......1999-10-01
You may not like Country music, you may not like Reggea music, you may not even like Dance music, but if you like good music you'll love this album. Jimmy Nail's voice is hauntingly beautiful, at times it reminds the listener of the late, great Roy Orbison. His songs are sometimes raunchy, sometimes irreverent, often sad, but always intelligent and meaningful. This album, his greatest hits, is full of poetic, romantic, beautiful music. Blue Roses must be one of the most beautiful love songs ever written and worth the price of the album alone, and here you get fifteen other songs! How can anyone go wrong.

America Should Discover Nail.......2007-06-25
It's a sad thing that someone can be a HUGE star in another country and be completely unknown in the US. Case in point - Jimmy Nail. BIG, BIG star in Britain - hit records, award-winning television and movies, and more. This album is an overview and while all tracks aren't for everyone, it's worth the price simply for Big River with Mark Knopfler on guitar and showing Jimmy's great writing and passionate singing; as well as the hopping tongue-in-cheek Ain't No Doubt. This is a bit of a smorgasbord but is a good way to be introduced to and catch up with a GREAT artist. See him in Still Crazy and buy the sound track. Too bad this album didn't also include "The Flame Still Burns" from that fine movie. Still in all, JImmy Nail is an artist who really needs to be discovered by American audiences. I can't rate this album high enough - fun, great music, O, and Jimmy...the clarinet on Crocodile Shoes is perfect! Get it now!

This CD features the Huntingtons covering Ramones' songs. The group does songs from throughout the Ramones' career, from the first album to the last album. They do a solid job on all the songs, sticking very close to the Ramones' original arrangements. One might wish that they had put more of their own spin on the songs, but there is something to be said for faithfulness, as well. There is one unlisted bonus track. It is a cover version of the Ramones' cover version of Motorhead's song "R.A.M.O.N.E.S.". It plays after a brief clip of an interview with Joey Ramone, which follows "Life's a Gas".

the ramones are great. i love them. this sounds just like the ramones... only without edge, character, and style. they tried way too hard to sound like the ramones. id much rather listen to the actual ramones versions.
don't waste your time or money. maybe someday these guys will learn to sound like themselves and cash in on their own songs.
there is a newer tribute CD if you must listen to a tribute which i would recommend-- 'we're a happy family'. the songs were covered in the style of the band covering them.
Another Ramones Tribute?????.......2003-02-21
Well, nuff said about "another ramones tribute".....first of all, the Huntingtons LOVE the Ramones therefore its fitting that they would do Another Ramones tribute album, and you know what? its simply amazing!!!! Its Very polished, and they do the songs "their" way....its fun, its great, its a much needed Huntingtons album! and if you just Love the Ramones Youll dig their spin on the songs!

It's a great Ramones cover album...it's nice to hear great ramones songs (and there are a lot of lesser known ones on here) with some good production behind it and the Huntingtons do it the best. I would give a five but they don't put enough of their own spin on any of the songs.

If you like the Huntingtons you have to get this album. Don't listen to the people who say you would be better getting the Ramones. This album is great. Some songs are faster than others but they are all great. This album is 6 stars!!!!!!!1
