About the Artist
Fernando Viciconte (the solo performer and namesake of his own rock act, Fernando) is an Argentinean who migrated to these United States at the age of 5.

After a few years knocking around the LA club scene with an early rock band, Monkey Paw, Viciconte moved to Portland in 1994, to pursue a starker, folk-based rock sound on Cravedog Records.

    I love this album. I don't even know Spanish, yet I sing along with all of the tracks. My friends and I have all become Fernando fans. His talent and passion for music are very apparent. If you have a chance to see him live - do so.
