5 out of 5 stars Two true masterpeice's in music.......2004-01-20

Both lp's of The teardrop Explodes are classics. Julian cope is a true poet and visionary, full of romance, with trippy odes to syd barrett and tabs of acid flowing threw out this music is truly psychedelic.
The only other lp around this time (1981) that meets this level is the classic and legendary Modern Eon's "Fiction Tales" Unfortunatly it has yet to be remastered to CD but these two albums are not only remastered but has tons of B-sides and goddies. Stand out tracks are "Strange house in the snow" and "Rachel buitl a steam boat" true art with a capital A.
