The Destroyers have been called a glorified bar band, yet they deserve credit for introducing '80s mainstreamers to early rockers such as Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley. They also reintroduced classic blues forms to rock radio, only in a little more electrified form. Hell, they even electrified Hank Williams's "Move It On Over." The aforementioned artists are all represented on this compilation, which in many ways also displays how much Thorogood's songs owe to the originals. The Thorogood-penned title cut, for instance, owes an unmistakable debt to Bo Diddley (who appeared in the video). And when Thorogood sandwiches John Lee Hooker's "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer" between his own "I Drink Alone" and "If You Don't Stop Drinkin'," it tough to miss the connection. If you buy only one Thorogood album, this should be it. --Bill Holdship

5 out of 5 stars Rockin' Blues.......2006-06-24

There are few that can out rock this album. It is basic and pure the way the rockin' blues was meant to be. This is music that speaks to a soul that is crying out for tenderness while standing steadfast and defiant. George reaches back some 30 years to bring rocks beginnings to modern day style. It is still bad to the bone.

4 out of 5 stars Solid Thorogood.......2003-06-01

Bad to the Bone put George on the map of songwriters and will probably be his signature song!

This is a showcase release that is a change of pace and an enjoyable listen!

4 out of 5 stars Classic Thorogood.......2002-03-11

BAD TO THE BONE is classic George Thorogood and his band the Destroyers. On this album we have 10 slabs of great blues-rock music that all music fans will enjoy. George helped to bring alot of the classic blues masters into the mainstream back in the 80's and early 90's when he was in his prime. On this album we have his classic title track that is enough of a reason to buy this album, but I think that the other songs are great also. BACK TO WENTZVILLE, NOBODY BUT ME, MISS LUANN, NO PARTICULAR PLACE TO GO are just furious rockin tunes that will get you moveing in no time. BLUE HIGHWAY, IT'S A SIN, AS THE YEARS GO PASSING BY are slower blues tempo songs that are pulled off very well here. George is still rockin 20 years after this release and hopefully we will still be getting some great music from him in the years to come

4 out of 5 stars Classic George, as always........1998-09-13

This album features George's "big hit," Bad to the Bone, reason alone for getting it. Compared to his other albums, this has more slow numbers than usual. But songs like the opening track, Back To Wentzville, are so rockin' that they may inspire you to play the guitar, like it did for me. This really shows how George can pick up the pace or slow it down smoothly, like few can.

5 out of 5 stars Bone Days CD John Trudell.......2007-02-22

This CD speaks to the heart. Fantastic, such talent. John Trudell is a true word weaver.

5 out of 5 stars Spiritual food for mind , heart and soul.......2004-04-02

I discovered John Trudell with this album and I deeply fell in love with this man. When I heard these album's songs for the first time, I was definitely hooked and deeply moved. I can't help listening to this cd again and again...The music, beautiful blues, mixed with traditional Native American voice and music, and THIS VOICE, John Trudell's voice - deep, beautiful voice which send vibrations and thrills through all my being. Everyone who hear such a voice can't help being under a spell.
And then THE WORDS, such words as "My heart doesn't hurt anymore, but my soul does. Maybe that's what soules are for, to take the hurt the heart can't take." And then THE MAN behind this voice and behind these words...

I wanted to know more about this artist, and then I went back through his discography and discovered more about the man too. John Trudell speack about things which can't leave people cold.

As a woman, a mother and an human being this man touched me,deeply...mind, heart and soul. Please, listen to his voice, please listen to his "spoken words", his music. John Trudell is such an artist, such a man, such a treasure for the humanity. I wish everybody in the world could open his mind and his heart to this man's words.

PS: It's the same review bellow, but I re-wrote it because a lot of grammatical mistakes!! I am afraid everyone has noticed that English isn't my native language. But I was so eager to share my feelings about this album that I haven't noticed the wrong words I used and the mistakes I wrote. But I wasn't wrong about my feelings, and the "power"of John Trudell's voice and songs.

5 out of 5 stars An Oasis of Sanity in an Insane World.......2002-08-15

I recently purchased this CD 'Bone Days' and what can I say? A superlative compilation of music, lyrics, spoken words and song. Highly intelligent and deeply, deeply profound. A delight to the senses. An emotional rollercoaster. Happiness, inspiration, sadness, anger, despair. As I write this review I am actually listening to this very CD!

I would like to conclude this review by expressing my gratitude and appreciation to John T, Angelina Jolie and the complete 'cast and crew' who wrote, compiled and produced this exceptionally fine and highly enjoyable album. Five hundred years plus and society, 'at large' seemingly and tragically remains very blind and extremely deaf to the Wisdom and Knowledge being shared so generously, with us, by Native individuals such as John Trudell. Yes, indeed, John "live and learn are the Seasons...."

5 out of 5 stars To the Bone.......2002-04-06

Again John Trudell cuts to the bone with this new album. He has been my hero for decades and each time I hear his words they still have power to move me. I cry, I get angry and I am deeply moved by this man who has touched the gods and come back with a message for us. I think anyone can relate to the expressions he shares with us. Love, happiness, blues, anger and fleeting joy. As in the title track of Bone Days " The great search for truth, every meaning has a meaning, Dark and light have their reason, Live and learn are the seasons."
His songs of love are exquisite. Like "Takes my breath" leave me feeling. . .

Product Description

The follow-up to Black Labs critically acclaimed Geffen debut Your Body Above Me (feat. "Wash it Away," Time Ago), See the Sun is a lush, epic union of heartbreak and rock & roll, diamond-cut lyrics set to hard candy melodies, raging guitars and gin-soaked stories of love, loss and redemption. Like U2 and Live and the Goo's getting drunk together. Like a five star hotel, you check in and youre sorry to check out. Their new album has a depth and emotional range that broadens with each listen. Grammy award-winning engineer Tom Lord-Alge (Live, Blink 182) mixed most of the album. What shines brightest is the band's pop sensibility the liquid swirl of "Remember," the epic sweep of "See the Sun," the raging loss of "Without You," and the open-armed surrender of "Lonely Boy." Black Lab has contributed to the soundtracks of Spider Man, Can't Hardly Wait, Varsity Blues, Permanent Midnight, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Party of Five, What I Like About You, MTV's The Real World, and most recently, Blade: Trinity.

5 out of 5 stars Another good addition to collection.......2007-02-11

If you like black lab then what can I say you'll enjoy it. I'm not one to analyze every aspect. If it makes feel like moving then that is all I care. I think I almost like it better than their first. You won't waste your money.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing CD.......2007-01-05

I've had this cd for over 2 months now and I can't stop listening to it. If you loved Black Lab back in the 90s, you will love them even more. Songs like Lonely Boy and Remember will stay in your mind for days. This is a must buy!!

5 out of 5 stars Perfect!.......2006-12-26

Ever since I heard 'Learn To Crawl' on the Spider-Man Motion Picture Soundtrack I had a thirst to hear more of Black Lab's music. I bought this CD, praying I would not be let down. I wasn't one tiny bit. I LOVE this CD! I wasn't too pleased with Your Body Above Me, which I found moderately okay. I found this much superior. The only song I didn't like was Ecstasy, it just didn't have a catchy beat or lyrics and wasn't very memorable. With awsome songs like 'Lifelike' 'Wide Open' 'Without You' and 'Tell Me Why,' this CD will keep you entertained for hours while you hum along to your favourite songs. The lyrics were insightful and catchy. The music fitted perfectly to each and every song, each song being unique in it's own special way. Buy this CD, it's not a waste of money. Black Lab is an awsome bands which deserves more recognition. After listening for this, I have a thirst for a new album by Black Lab!

4 out of 5 stars great from start to finish.......2006-10-30

This is a great, great CD. It is not as impressive as 'Your Body Above Me', which is truly a masterpeice, but this is a great CD. Fantastic vocals and melodies, unforgettable. A great CD from a truly incredible band. Glad to see they are still around and putting out great music, anxious to hear their next effort.

4 out of 5 stars Don't buy this here.......2006-03-13

This is a very good album by a very underrated post-grunge band. This album is very different from "Your Body Above Me", but it's still a very solid, well-crafted effort. One gripe about it iss how rare it is,m though. It took me forever to find it, and I didn't want to pay $20 for it here, so I searched the internet. There is a webiste called Alternativeaddiction.com (google it). They loved this album, and they sell it for a mere $8 for download. And you pay through PayPal, so its a safe, fast transaction. So do yourself a fovor: but his great album and, if you haven't already, get "Your Body Above Me" (it's better). And buy "See the Sun" on Alternative Addiction's website.

Enjoy!

This two-disc set is a live retrospective featuring 26 mostly (though not entirely) acoustic renditions of Kinks classics and obscurities, and possesses a poignancy and generosity of spirit that raises it several notches above standard Unplugged-style fare. The band's gracefully low-key reinterpretations of relative obscurities like "Picture Book," "Days," "Do You Remember Walter," and "Death of A Clown" are enough to blow a decade and a half's worth of arena-rock dust off the band's reputation. The group's updating of their early punk anthem "I'm Not Like Everybody Else" carries new levels of resonance that the band could scarcely have dreamed of in 1964. The two new studio recordings are a bit slight, but they sport an unfussed sweetness that's hard to argue with. --Scott Schinder

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars An instant classic..........2007-06-29

I thought I was getting a "greatest hits" package, I found it to be so much more, live interpetations of classic Kinks. I especially loved the acoustic cuts, very intimate, like you're sitting around with friends (who just happen be the Kinks). The album closes with two studio tracks worthy of being in the company of all the live classics that precede them. This is the CD that converted my 14 year old daughter into a true Kinks fan.

5 out of 5 stars As good as the best. .......2006-08-04

That in all the annals of the development of this "rock" music we love
and that we saw evolve during the second half of the 20th century,
never elsewhere has rock been played with greater subtlety of wit,
sensitivity of emotion, empathy of heart, cleverness of craft,
and virtuosity of touch than that has been played by the Kinks.
Here is another example of ensemble playing.
Every note is "on" and every note is played with great sensitivity.
The band is a well-oiled machine
in the way that only a few rock bands were ever able to achieve
through that blessed combination of virtuousity and longevity.
But since the beginning
the Kinks were famous for their "hooks" propelled by tight,
powerful rhythm guitar licks.
In the passing years the band accrued melodic inventiveness and excellence,
and retained unfailing wit.
The remarkable thing about this album is that it is recorded live.
The live versions are rich, resonant, and recorded with perfection.
In all instances they are on a par with the studio versions,
and even if they can't replace the original versions as your favorites
they are all the more remarkable dead-on note-for-note or better
because the Kinks were able to generate all this perfection and emotion in real time.
The album is a living testament to one of the greatest rock bands ever to mount a stage.

5 out of 5 stars Our Greatest Band: An essential compilation.......2005-04-27

In 8th grade we used to sing LOLA on the bus to basketball games. Yeah, I know so what. The Kinks though, Ray and Dave are the Gods of Alternative rock, the forefathers to all routes of rock and roll outside the mainstream.

I'm not like anyone else...sums up the whole band, the whole Kinks experience.

This is their best collection I own and I believe I own them all.
To the bone is as great a song as they have ever done and must be owned by music lovers. It rocks out like no other.

Hope Dave comes back. This band is the greatest of all time.

5 out of 5 stars Renewed my appreciation of these blokes.......2004-12-06

Growing up I treasured my worn copy of Low Budget. I never explored much else beyond an other greatest hits CD and what made it to the radio. I always liked them and decided to pick up this CD used a year ago. I was instantly hooked. These guy's are great!
There's a class to this CD you don't get often on a Rock-n-Roll CD. They are having a blast rocking the small crowd with mostly acoustic versions of their pop/rock gems. Apeman, A Gallon of Gas and I'm Not Like Everyone Else stand out for me.
If you enjoy straight up fun rock-n-roll without all the hype, I think you'll like this one.

5 out of 5 stars Rocks Me To The Bone.......2004-08-06

"To The Bone's" sales and critical reception continue the jadedness this band has so undeservedly suffered over the years. Even the Amazon staff reviewer tosses off the two new tracks -- "Animal" and "To The Bone" -- as "slight." "Animal" does leave something to be desired, but the title track boasts all the sonic robustness and anthemic luster of The Kinks best-known rock tunes. Eloquently arranged and powerful, the song is a radio-ready rock classic. Others contend that many of the live renditions featured here have been heard before, but the crispness and surprising complexity of "Apeman," "Death of a Clown" and the blistering "Dead End Street" lend something new to the oeuvre, even if the songs have been around for a while. But for fans who absolutely MUST have something less familiar, the impassioned reinterpretation of "I'm Not Like Everybody Else," an old Kinks B-side that defines the band's unique contribution to rock history, is as immediately engaging as the new and aforementioned title track. These two CDs are an exhilirating odyssey for Kinks fans of all stripes -- from the ones who were there to those who are yet to come on board.

3 out of 5 stars Not Bad, but need a second album..........2007-06-24

How can you have an ACDC tribute album without Highway To Hell. The music on this album is very good, but is unfullfilling without the aforemenioned number. I encourage them to make a second CD with more ACDC tunes on it, to really cover all the bases.

5 out of 5 stars An Excellent CD!!!!!!.......2003-12-19

I think that the reviewer that gave this CD a single star has not heard this CD because:

1. It is an excellent CD
2. The guy who did it, did the Coldplay CD
3. The site he gave is the Record Label that this CD is on and this CD can be bought there

I have listened to this CD over and over again and it is one of my favorite string tribute CDs. I own all of the CDs that this group has put out and if you want to see a list of all of the CDs they have done, you can check out their String Tribute Forum at:

i respect the whole neo-classical thing, but this cd is bad. sounds like somone sequenced the songs in their synthesizer. check out http://www.thetributeto.com/acdc/ . they perform their tributes, and do it well. i haven't heard their ac/dc tribute, but their other tributes (linkin park, 311, coldplay) are awesome.

5 out of 5 stars Totally Suprised!!!.......2003-09-01

I read about this CD on an AC/DC Fan site and they had a link to purchase it here. I bought the CD without hearing any clips or anything. So, buying it sight unseen, made me feel a little aprehensive.

Well, when it arrived I couldn't wait. I took it with me to work and played it in the car on the way. WHAT A GREAT CD & A GREAT IDEA!!! I love this CD! After hearing how well done this CD was, I decided to do something special for my wife ....and .... I took the next day off from work (which was a Friday) and prepared a wonderful steak dinner while my wife was at her job. I got a really good bottle of wine and I set the table with our finest table settings ... Candles lit and everything prepared ...When she got home, I had the candles burning, the lights were out, the table was set and I started the CD.... KAHPOWW!!! She freaked completely out! Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and what a way to romance my Rock & Roll Queen!!!

We've been fans of AC/DC since the 80s and this is probably one of our favorite AC/DC CDs, now!

I would suggest this CD to anyone who loves AC/DC and wants to add some spark to their romance .... We have candlelit dinners a couple times a month now and this CD is the main attraction!!!

4 out of 5 stars And Then There Were Two..........2006-01-04

I find it hard to believe that no-one has bothered to write a review of this album. The previous TT album "Here's To Future Days" was the last album Joe Leeway would appear on, and this album now defined Tom Bailey & Alannah Currie as "The Thompson Twins"

Tom and Alannah released this modest and mostly likeable album, produced by Rupert Hine in 1986. I'm not sure how I missed it, but I remember living in Los Angeles in early 1987, and heard a tune on the radio that sounded like a Sting-penned song, sung by Corey Hart. [How I confused Tom's distinctive voice with Corey Hart remains a mystery to this day].

I was later to learn it was the Thompson Twins and a cut from their new album, which I immediately picked up. Alannah wrote the lyrics and Tom wrote the music. While this album was somewhat derivative of their own work, it did seem to lack something - my own humble opinion being - the songs on this album were very formulaic. This also was the case on their debut album for Warner Brothers "Big Trash", although that approach seemed to work better on Big Trash than this album.

I really like this album, but truthfully, something's missing, although I am hard pressed to say exactly what that is. As with all TT albums, the production is flawless, synth sounds and instrumentation are all first rate. The best tunes are "Follow Your Heart", "Twentieth Century", "Long Goodbye" [which is the song I first heard, and probably the best tune on the album] and "Savage Moon".

After this album, TT released "Greatest Mixes - The Best Of The Thompson Twins" and that concluded their alliance with Arista Records. The Twins immediately signed with Warner Brothers and released two albums for them: "Big Trash" and "Queer" - both are highly recommended.

If you are a fan of the Thompson Twins, this belongs in your collection - if you are only a casual fan of the Twins and only desire their hits, this may not be for you.

5 out of 5 stars Full Throttle.......2007-02-20

One of the greatest get up and go cd's I've ever purchased, after hearing the music in the Lucasarts game Full Throttle many moons ago I hadn't been able to get it out of my head. Full-on biker rock from heavy to mellow.

My recommendation: Play track 2, 'Legacy', while driving down the motorway

5 out of 5 stars A Classic... Needs a re-release!.......2005-05-14

Great CD... And yes, there is far more to the Jackals than "Legacy". This CD is mastered quite well, and fits perfectly with my EQ settings. Note, however, that if you look at the track info in digital form, that track 6 has an invalid length, and its audio is appended to the beginning of the next track. Since most CD players skip zero-length tracks, it plays perfectly, but this could make it slightly harder to play on a PC. I'm not sure if all copies are this way, but mine is, and it was factory sealed. Tiny detail- the rest of the CD ROCKS, especially Let 'Er Rip, Legacy and Born Bad.

5 out of 5 stars I'm the only one?.......2004-06-17

Darn folks, I can't believe I'm the first to review this album. This is quintessential road-house Harley music, the stuff you'd listen to while blasting down some southwest desert road.

Listen to the samples...its got a slight hair-band flavor, but other than that one shortcoming, its kick-azz rock n' roll. If kick azz rock n' roll is your thing, then I give you your soundtrack.

4 out of 5 stars Great album with EXCELLENT songs :D.......2004-04-29

I've recently purchased this CD and I've gotta say... IT'S GREAT! Most of the songs are great except from a select couple, really catchy tunes :) Anyways, I recommend you purchase this CD like all the other people who reviewed this. I ALSO recommend getting Lucasarts' Full Throtte, the game this music is featured in ;) Tune in!

5 out of 5 stars Drop the hammer.......2003-11-13

I picked this CD up a long time ago from Lucasarts when I was playing Full Throttle. Simply put, this CD is a straight up rocking collection of biker metal/rock tunes. Most tracks on this album make you want to headbang and drive faster than you already are, with a ballad or two thrown in. Granted, the Gone Jackals aren't the entity known as Pearl Jam, but who is? For what it is, this CD rocks...hard! Get it!

I have 4 discs by Duffy and treasure them all. Such power! Such feeling! Such vocal ability! She makes you want to bop till you drop in one song and then hits the depths of your soul in another. For the life of me I can't fanthom why she is not a household name! Convince Me is one of my favorite songs from any disc, any performer.

4 out of 5 stars Great vocals, real Blues feel........1999-05-15

Duffy puts on a great live performance. Her voice is more amazing live than on CD. Back To The Bone (song) is my personal favorite. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed if you like great female Blues singers. She tried out for the part of Janis Joplin but it was awarded to Melissa Ethridge in the upcoming movie.

5 out of 5 stars A diverse, well produced, well written album.Excellent........1998-09-28

This is a very nice piece of work. The playing and production values are first rate and Duffy's singing is remarkable. Her style varies to fit the song, and there is a lot of diversity. I can think of few artists that can match her for sheer ability and innate vocal quality. One of those you like at first listen, and grow to love. Bluesy, ballsy and dramatic...good stuff.

PAUL LLOYD's igloomag.com REVIEW ::

(04.24.06) Down to the Bone is a back to basics album of acoustic interpretations of influential electro-indie band Depeche Mode. Focusing mostly on a selection of songs from Mode's 1987's Music for the Masses album onwards, just one track pre-dates this era. As for the title, Down to the Bone is a line from the opening song on the album, "Stripped."

As a fan of Depeche Mode, it is initially strange to hear their songs sung in a slowed down acoustic style with a different vocalist. The style of the songs is a sort of cabaret, nightclub interpretation that might be described as acoustic or maybe even orchestral in nature. Considering that the original versions were all electronic and often much faster paced than Chaveau's versions, they are still instantly recognisable to those familiar with Mode's music. Whether this style of rework or perhaps Chaveau's reinterpretations more specifically, work is a matter of opinion. Generally, they are quite well done but some songs work better than others. "Home" for example is a classic live song sung by songwriter Martin L. Gore in concert but Chaveau's Down To The Bone version misses an opportunity to transform an already emotional song into something new and original. "Policy of Truth" is another track that just doesn't suit Chaveau's voice and "Death's Door" (another Gore vocal song) is over the top with drama. At times though, the choice of tracks and the tempo better suits Chaveau's voice. "In Your Room" and "Never Let Me Down Again" work much better and portray just the right amount of feeling and emotion that is either over exaggerated or underplayed elsewhere on the album. "Never Let Me Down Again" is probably the best track on the album and is actually a completely slowed down piano version that takes the original driving anthem and turns it into a moody ballad.

Tribute albums are often compilations of tracks from a range of artists usually within a common genre. In this case, a single group have produced a whole album of acoustic/orchestral tracks as a tribute to a legendary electronic music band. The music itself is fine but Chaveau's voice generally isn't suited to this style of singing, except on the odd occasion where everything comes together quite nicely to produce an interesting reinterpretation of a classic track.

3 out of 5 stars Lacks the potency of the originals.......2005-11-28

Sylvain Chauveau has made a name for himself over the course of the past couple years with a varied range of releases. In addition to appearing on several different compilations, he has put out four solo albums of understated electronic/acoustic releases under his own name and teamed up with Steven Hess for Your Naked Ghost Comes Back At Night under the name of On. Oh, and he's also a member of three other groups, including an avant rock group and an ambient collective. Keeping up his prolific pace, he has now collaborated with Ensemble Modern for a stripped-down take (comprised completely of acoustic instrumentation and vocals) on the work of Depeche Mode.

Although I haven't followed the group closely for their past couple release, I have to admit that at one time I was a huge fan of Depeche Mode. After several solid albums, the group seemed to hit their stride around the time of Some Great Reward, following fairly shortly with their popular double-live album 101 and finally with their album Violator, on which it seemed that just about every track was a popular single. In terms of sheer sales and critical acclaim, that release was probably the high point for the group, although they've fortunately managed to chug along and age a bit better than some of their contemporaries since then.

At any rate, Down To The Bone finds Sylvain Chauveau and others re-creating Depeche Mode songs in an acoustic mode, although it's not completely pure (there's some digital trickery here and there), and while it's an interesting effort, the overall effect just isn't nearly as successful as the originals. The disc starts with the appropriately-titled "Stripped," and Chauveau adds his franco-tinged vocals (sung in English) to strirring string arrangements and sparse piano. "The Things You Said" takes the same sort of instrumentation and adds some soft clarinet for another wrinkle. The interpretation of "Death's Door" is easily one of the better pieces on the album, taking the track and placing it against an acoustic guitar backdrop that is manipulated in soft ways that accent the song.

Towards the end of the release, the digital manipulation that Chauveau is so good at comes into play more, and it's a welcome addition to break things apart more. "Freelove" is roughed up with some jagged edges and alternately granular shimmering passages, and it's a gem, while "Blasphemous Rumours" opens with some of the same elements as previous tracks but slowly deconstructs them as the track progresses, fitting nicely with the lyrical content of the track. Of course, Depeche Mode has done acoustic versions of their own songs, and I'm reminded of the vigorous workout that they gave "Personal Jesus" on the EP for that track. In large part, it's the lack of energy and dynamics that is one of the main problems with the release. The majority of the eleven tracks are rather languid, sapping the tracks of much of their original strength and turning them into somewhat drippy ballads. If you're a hardcore fan of Depeche Mode, you'll probably want to pick this one up, but others (especially those who haven't heard the group before) will definitely want to go elsewhere.

2 out of 5 stars Cheap and nasty greatest hits CD.......2006-02-14

This is just another one of those cheap and nasty CD releases from Sony to make a quick buck. The cover makes it look like a live CD. But, it is just a "greatest hits" CD.

The CD is 42 minutes long and sound quality is surprisingly good, but not excellent. The packaging is cheap, with no liner notes.

The CD covers about 10 years of Molly Hatchet. The first five tracks are from the early early years and fairly good. I have always enjoyed their version of Gregg Allman's Dreams (even though it isn't as good as some of the Allman Brothers versions). The Creeper has always been a favorite.

The last 5 songs are from later in the group's life and are just tired and stale. Sweet Dixie sound just like a retread of Flirtin' With Disaster.

In later years, Molly Hatchet would sometimes veer away from the Southern Rock sound to a more conventional corporate rock sound that was popular at the time. The results were not very successful.

4 out of 5 stars Not the best from molly hatchet.......1999-08-11

This album is pretty good, but i've heard better. one good song on this is dreams i'll never see. listen to that song and try some others. give molly hatchet a chance, and check out one of their older albums. if you watch wwf, listen, one of stone cold's favorite songs is dreams i'll never see.
