Usual Pop/Punk with some definite Stand-outs.......2004-11-21
Coming From Tracy, CA is the Pop/Punk band UVR and their 2nd Full-Length release "Blood On The Satellite". This, for the most part is your typical pop/punk album with catchy songs and sweet ballads about "Internet Angels". What makes this album worth the money are tracks 2 & 3. "Rich girl" is a great song and "Hollywood" would be a definite hit if released as a major label single. It has been the top played unsigned band song on XM radio for most of this year. Shopping this CD around may eventually get them signed or a deal in France where they are also well known. Expect these guys to be as big as Good Charlotte or fall Out Boy within the next few years.
