Monster Talk.......2001-02-28

Recorded live in a NY studio, you can hear this CD as a "monsters' conversation", or two guys feedbacking with electric guitars, depending of your viewpoint. The two guitarrists do their best to control and shape the sonic events locked inside of masive amps and stringed instruments. If you've listened the work of Page Hamilton on soundtracks you can hear this CD as an ethude in the techniques he uses. Very interesting for the electric guitar player interested in the "extended techniques" and for the "damnbient" audience.

I wish the liner notes would contain a photograph of the masters at their work, because the music is so abstract and strange that I can't imagine "normal humans" performing it live.
